This site is organised as a working archive rather than a fixed portfolio.

My practice begins with the body as a sensing, moving and unstable interface. I am interested in how experience is shaped by the body, by technology, and by the environments we move through.

Rather than treating the body as separate from the world, the work approaches perception as something produced through contact: with water, architecture, sound, image, data, fatigue, memory and other bodies.

Phenomenology is important to the work because it offers a way to think about lived experience from the inside: how the body feels, senses, remembers, adapts and makes meaning in real time. This connects to my interest in anxiety, neurodivergence, invisible disability, endurance and altered states of attention.

I use the term Prosthetic Humanism to think about the body as something extended, supported and unsettled by the systems around it. Cameras, sensors, GPS, VR, projection, sound systems and digital interfaces do not simply document experience. They become part of experience. They act as extensions of the body: ways of sensing, measuring, remembering, translating and sometimes distorting it.

This is not about leaving the human body behind. It is about asking what the body becomes when it is mediated through tools, data, architecture, fatigue, anxiety, disability and technological systems.

Many of the works develop from movement-based research: running, walking, swimming, carrying, navigating, listening, recording and returning to sites. These actions become ways of gathering material and testing how bodies respond to pressure, rhythm, disorientation and place.

The projects on this site are therefore not fixed or isolated. They form a working archive of recurring ideas, materials and methods. A performance may become an installation. A recording may return as sound, image or data. An exhibition may become an iteration rather than an endpoint.

The work moves between three overlapping areas:

Embodied Systems
body, breath, fatigue, anxiety, neurodivergence, disability, sensory experience and endurance

Spatial Systems
architecture, water, public space, borders, displacement, urban memory and movement through environments

Technological Systems
interfaces, biometrics, GPS, VR, image, sound, data, mediation and digital embodiment
